Website Solution of the past?

I initially loved this app and how seamlessly converted my idea to practical use. As someone who is not tech savvy (nor do I really want to learn lol) the app made it very easy to edit and create my website, even secure my domain name. Unfortunately, when the time came to renew my subscription (which is automated annually) is when I started to run into issues. My website was down for almost a week and my domain name was no longer registered during that time frame. I reached out via their “contact us” option and was given a notification that my message went through successfully and someone from their team would reach out. There was never any follow through on their end (and no number to call) one day randomly after going to my web address I saw that my site was back up. No one ever contacted me from their team. Now, here I am months later back in the same predicament. I used to sing the praises of the app and refer other business owners. Now, I’m frustrated, embarrassed and stressed out trying to find my own solution to a problem that they created and seem to careless about. This needs to be resolved and made right!!! We are in a pandemic and my website is connected to my income/livelihood!

Worst service and support

Dont waste your time or Money as this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with if completely unprofessional I’ve sent 5 messages since the website is not working and still no response. But I have to do it all over a different way with a different software and company.

Reply to developer:

Nope nothing on my spam or inbox and I’ve sent 6-7 emails into you all including one yesterday and still no response and also if you reply to every message why am still not able to get into the website to edit or do anything and my issue continues unresolved, its like I’ve been locked out of it and that was every since I’ve email asking for a refund of the SSL since you all were taking 3-5 days to respond to my support request meanwhile the site wasn’t working and as a business we cant afford to have our website down with no support available for that long. I even tried calling the number on the receipt for the SSL that i paid for that was never installed by you all and its out of service. Sounds like you all are not really a serious or professional business.

Website deleted twice without warning

Do not waste your time with this app. Paid for an upgrade that they never sent an email confirmation for. Showed them proof of payment in my bank statement. They refused to honor it and later deleted my account for not upgrading. I did not receive any payment or subscription request.

The first time my account was deleted they said that they sent an email asking customers to upgrade, I never received said email. My account was deleted without notice. It seems as if children are running this company, having no understanding of the value of a website and the time it takes a company to make one. Stay far away.
