Netflix will not play on the Hearo app, it requests that it must be watched in the Netflix app. I have no option to re-sync Netflix so I signed out and back in, as well as deleting and reinstalling Hearo. Nothing has worked and nobody is able to see my messages.

Close and restart the Hearo app on iPhone

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Hearo app issues:

Force Stop the Hearo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Hearo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Hearo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hearo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Hearo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Hearo.

Fix Hearo unable to contact server/ Hearo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Hearo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Hearo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
