I can't capture video. I don't know why. How can I capture video on Hearo.

Netflix will not play on the Hearo app, it requests that it must be watched in the Netflix app. I have no option to re-sync Netflix so I signed out and back in, as well as deleting and reinstalling Hearo. Nothing has worked and nobody is able to see my messages.
