Big South Big Disappointment
Volleyball over Easter weekend in GA so parents probably split the holiday vs tournament. Probably many more wanting to watch from home. Horrible service. Live games wouldn’t load and a message would pop up game was delayed though it was 20 minutes in progress. Other games never showed live and the app would just keep saying match hasn’t started. Big South administration admitted they made a mistake. Athletes Go Live blew it and next year they’ll go back and use the best streaming vendor out there which is BallerTv. Athletes Go Live was a shoddy, 3rd tier service that was in above their heads and really let down the tournament, parents at home and kids wanting family that couldn’t make it be able to watch. Athletes Go Live should be ashamed of themselves. Amateurs.

Poorly conceived and architected
This product should be called AthletesGoLag. The scoring part doesn’t work with slow/no internet or when the servers are having issues. Everyone uses gamechanger to score and then transfer to agl later. Teams are forced to pay for and use this product due to what I can only conclude is nefarious TFL - agl funny business. In summary, worst scoring app ever. We are all now dumber as a result of being exposed to agl.

Customer service is awful
I have canceled moltaple times and fod. Month it won’t charge me and then it’s back every time they owe me for over three month now with no responce back at all. The reason for camo in the first place is the streaming live is so glitchy you can’t watch it almost all the time. I found it better quality to just use the free options that are out there.
