MyKronoz looks nice but it is slow to load and crashes often. Fortunately the only time I need to use MyKronoz is when the charger some how triggers my watch to reset and I need to recalibrate it.

This should be easy to do but when I open MyKronoz my watch automatically starts “syncing” which locks up the watch and prevents me from calibrating it. This is really frustrating since it happens every time I open MyKronoz . Thus, if I lock my phone to wait for the syncing to finish, it will start right back up 5 minutes later when I open MyKronoz to try to calibrate the watch again. I have to leave MyKronoz open and watch the watch finish syncing in order to use MyKronoz ’s calibration feature (which is the only way I can calibrate it since the “smart” crown button no longer works...)

I give MyKronoz 4 more ⭐️’s than I would have given the original app (-3⭐️’s). As it is much better but this oversight in functionality and its sluggishness make it super frustrating to use. Much disappoint...

I have a ZeTime that I got from Kickstarter a while back and the old app felt clunky and like an after thought. This new app is sleek and faster. It took a second to learn how to navigate though the different settings but now that I know how to use it, it is great!

I have an iPhone 7 and it was able to find my ZeTime and transfer everything over just fine. Didn’t have to go through the pairing process which might be hanging other people up.

Why is it so difficult to get a day of the week widget? I’ve been waiting for it since i backed the project.

Also creating my own watch face is really fun but the widget placements can be better. When I have a dial with both outer and inner circles, the widgets are touching the inner circles making it look sloppy.

Definitely got room to improve.

I love the idea of this smart watch, it's beautiful, functional and feels like a watch. But the interface with MyKronoz rarely works. Today, for example, I can’t even get MyKronoz to open. When you go to the website to submit an issue their website is down too. I’m guessing this is somehow tied to MyKronoz ? That’s a huge flaw, MyKronoz should be independent of their network.I hope they can get things fixed, if they do I’ll change my rating.

Ever since receiving watch on Kickstarter it has performed great. As with any new software and hardware there were few glitches that got worked out by the team. New app is awesome.
Love the look of the watch and the functions it gives me. Is it a total fitness watch? Of course not. Did I expect it to be? Of course not!
Does it look far better than any fitness watch or most watches (looking at you Apple)? You bet it does.
Wear my polished silver watch with a tux or jeans doesn't matter. Always draws compliments
once they see it's not a Movado and I can see my email, text, weather and more.
It has never disappointed me.

Need this fixed, my app crashes every time I click on it can’t seem to get the watch to connect Bluetooth.

Love my 3rd MyKronos watch (ZeTime Elite). Apps are easy and informative. Watch face design is better with the ZeTime app though. Question for anyone, it seems the MyKronos and ZeTime apps fight when installed together, has anyone noticed this and if so what did you choose to do with either app.

Was a backer of ZeTime watch, and have used the original APP since it’s inception. Downloaded MyKronoz today and have no issues with it. Once I ID’d my watch and installed the update I was able to download new faces to my ZeTime watch. Much faster than the old APP.

More user friendly, faster and better overall, should we delete the old one? I noticed that this new app pulled all my info from the old one.

It’s a great start and I’m looking forward to further updates. this app has proven they will continue to evolve their products (such as ZeTime) where as most companies will simply expect you to toss it and purchase new. I 100% stand behind this company!

This new app is MUCH better than the original. This is MyKronoz that should have came with the watch to begin with.

Recent update broke everything. No notifications, watch doesn’t even stay connected to MyKronoz via Bluetooth.
I used to tell people on how nice this smartwatch worked and how nice it looked. Not happening anymore until everything gets fixed.
Go back to the basics when everything worked like it should.

Hello before the latest update to the firmware the battery would last 2 to 3 days now it won’t last one full day

Won’t pair with my ZeTime. A waste of time.

Update: Received Developer response. Deleted old ZeTime app, opened Bluetooth to Forget this device, restarted my iPhone XR, turned Bluetooth off/on, and it still will not pair. Bluetooth doesn’t even recognize the device

Still Garbage...clearly the new app is far from ready.

This works better than the first app. The first app made me sign in every time.

App looks great and usability is much better than the old ZeTime app. But the synching is struggling. Watch currently says I have just over 13K steps. After multiple synchs, MyKronoz is saying it’s exactly 10K fewer steps

I have had problems trying to set the time a half a dozen times and one I try to sync the hands move but would not stay where I had set it.

When I’m trying to connect my device MyKronoz restarts by itself on primary page to sign in ! I’d tried a lot of times, but no results! Still has bugs!

It’s obvious this is a new veneer over middling tech. I expected a much needed improvement in stability, but it somehow got worse. I love the idea of a hybrid smart watch, but the gross shortcomings on the train h side of things is pushing me towards an Apple Watch. I want this to work, so, MyKronos, if you’re reading- improve your underlying tech!!!
