Beautiful app. Set it up. Then I looked at the privacy policy.. I am not cool with the tracking of web activity or the selling of my information, or promotional emails. That was my bad for setting it all up then seeing the privacy policy.

HiHello is not well coded. It's missing things like the ability to control light and dark mode from within HiHello even the ability to delete the cards you've created – you can't delete a card, but have to go through each card and delete the contents of each field, field by field (and if you dele... Show more te your name, HiHello will complain that the card has to have a name, even though it didn't before you entered your name).

But the clincher for me was the customer service. I wrote to them asking about the ability to turn dark mode on and off within HiHello and received responses from "Ella" with no greeting (maybe they think calling their app "this app "should be greeting enough for anybody), a haughty tone, and no closing – no "Thank you for using this app!", or, "Thank you for being a paid customer!" – not even "Sincerely" or "All the best". Just…nothing, as if my very existence was an annoyance to her. So I canceled my subscription and will be deleting HiHello and certain not to annoy Ella again.

This is wonderful! I’m going to use and recommend to all my friends! A few suggestions... it would be nice to be a me to customize your own field name. Cons: it might be TOO much info if you have all of your scheduling/social media/website/hyperlinks which of course you can just put a few but could be more compact. Very large photo too

The option for a contact to send THEIR information to back to YOU could be a lot easier. It’s pretty confusing and not all are technical savvy.

If the phone app did more functions that you get if on a laptop would be a lot cooler

Overall I enjoy it. You can do A LOT with the free account but I do have the pro and definitely recommend checking it out!

The concept of an app that saves custom vCards is a nice concept and welcome workaround to storing them in iCloud Drive and manually retrieving them, but the contact cards you can create in HiHello don’t support all the standard vCard fields, such as birthdays and notes.

1 star is what it d... Show more eserves, but taking the time to write this inspired me to experiment with a Siri shortcut to select a vCard file from a contact card directory on iCloud Drive, so bonus star for an idea that’s better than using HiHello.

Please add the ability to reorder/reorganize information entered on each card. Currently you have to start over or delete entries if you didn't enter them in the order you want. I wish the contact information wouldn’t scramble in the card after you enter it. You add the information. In just as you want the person to see it and it just scrambles all over the place with info in no particular order.

I love using HiHello. It is so awesome to be able to have multiple cards and profiles so I can provide the appropriate info to the recipient. Card scanning feature is fantastic too.

As a college student an entrepreneur I find HiHello very useful. I love being able to share my personal card or my work card depending on the situation, very convenient. Everyone I ask to scan my card is always surprised —great alternative to business cards when on the go.

I’ve tried rebooting the phone and deleting/reinstalling HiHello . It opens once and allows me to create cards, but once it closes, it won’t open again (only displays the splash screen). It worked great before the last update.

Support fixed the problem! A truly wonderful app.
