My foodi is several years old. I use it daily. Recently it shuts off while in the air fry mode. The screen gives an error message " foodi". What is the problem?

How to fix Foodi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Foodi app on iPhone
Update Foodi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Foodi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Foodi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Foodi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Foodi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Foodi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Foodi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Foodi » click [Force Stop]

Update Foodi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Foodi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Foodi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Foodi.

Fix Foodi unable to contact server/ Foodi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Foodi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Foodi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Foodi
