Close and restart the VR app on iPhone
Update VR app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VR iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VR on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VR network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VR app issues:

Force Stop the VR App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VR app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VR App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VR app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VR.

Fix VR unable to contact server/ VR internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VR » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got VR » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VR on android.
