For the most part the system is straight forward. Run into a couple bugs, which have been resolved. Poor execution on training customers how to use, I still don’t know how to delete items, add items without making a whole new list. With the sales person being somewhat removed, I don’t get to see new items or food trends or alternative items that could save me money on my food costs. On the negative, items have been remove from inventory that I need and no communication on sub. Items which leaves me looking to other purveyors. My 2 cents...
