Close and restart the eHelm app on iPhone
Update eHelm app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall eHelm iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix eHelm on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve eHelm network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix eHelm not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent eHelm app issues:

Force Stop the eHelm App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click eHelm app. » click "Force Stop".

Update eHelm to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear eHelm App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "eHelm app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch eHelm.

Fix eHelm unable to contact server/ eHelm internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click eHelm » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got eHelm » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch eHelm on android.
