Fails at primary purpose

I’ve never written a review before but this felt necessary. My family was planning to meet me as I finished but the app was over an hour off of my projected finish time. Several different phones had the same unreliable result. I thought the purpose was to help people trying to follow a racer and my family was disappointed they didn’t get to see me at all throughout the race. I spoke with other racers and their families after the race and they had the same issue.
Poor tracking

Ran the relay and I was not able to follow my team mates or even find my final pace. 4.5 hours later it still says we are all waiting to start. I looked for somewhere to register number in app but can’t find it. When I looked up our relay bib number I found an average pace for all 4 of us in total, but cannot find my individual pace. I didn’t start Runkeeper or another app because I figured I would have this information through the pig
Way off on tracking

This app was so far off on the live tracking. It went from telling me the person I was tracking had four miles left to all of a sudden she was finished and we missed cheering at the finish line because of this. Last year the tracker was exactly correct on time. This year couldn’t have been more incorrect
