Get Pricing Info for CelestronHey team, I really thank you for the amazing product. I have loved using star sense and it has helped me teach my daughter a lot. However, I got a new phone and now the app doesn't seem to be working. I have the LG Velvet, and the app seems to think I am moving when I am not. It moves around when I don't do anything. It worked perfectly with my previous LG G7 thin Q. If you have had any issues like this before, and know the solution, I would greatly appreciate it. I don't want to have to get a new phone, but it seems like I may have to for the future. Thank you for your time, and I hope you have a great weekend.
my iphone x is not accurate when using the starsence app on my explorer LT 127 celestron the experts at the telescope shop have tried but to no avail i suspect maybee a manufacturing fault with the phone mount perhaps ? i'm sure am not not the only one
Everything aligned and all instructions followed, when app is open it will not give me a "bullseye" target to follow. The screen just stays fixed, i click on a planet/star and it makes a noise but still no bullseye or arrows...what am i doing wrong please

I live in city with light pollution and the first few month using this scope was awesome, also I remember that I wrote celestron and congratulate them for the app, don't know what happened the last 2 or 3 time that I went outside even with new moon and when tried to calibrate It was pointing to wrong direction, then the app are not able to plate solve the sky position anymore. I would give 5 star if it work as the beginning. This app with the telescope would be perfect for fast set up for beginner even advance astronomers. I was in this hobby of astronomy and astrophotography for more that 7 years and more than 10 scopes.

This app worked awesome when I first got my telescope about a month and a half ago but now I can’t even get it to align. I’m really bummed because it worked so well at first. I like trying to find the challenge objects but it’s useless without the alignment being set. I’ll review again if this problem ever gets fixed because the app is certainly really cool....if you can get it aligned :(

I bought a 130 mm explorer telescope just to use with this app. The telescope and the app are both fine but they are not alignment to each other at all. There’s a big off side between telescope and the point that app shows. You can use the red dot pointer for visible objects like moon but for other planets don’t count on the app to find it for you.
