Grab Picture Reviews

After about a minute of use it gave me that "if you love it write a review" pop up. My options were "yes" and "remind me later." I tapped "remind me later." Apparently later is immediately the next second, because I had to leave a review to get back to GrabPicture . Maybe it's awesome, but I don't know yet.

I downloaded a wallpaper app from this developer but deleted it the same day and cancelled the free trial it made me sign up for since there was only like 8 wallpapers in total. Come to find today that GrabPicture has reactivated itself, charged me, and the developer changed the name of GrabPicture then hid it so I can’t view the page for GrabPicture and rate it there. I was able to redownload it to try and get to the page through there but there are no settings or options that show up in GrabPicture . So beware if any other of his apps ask for money, even if you cancel it, he’ll take the money anyway.

Couldn’t use GrabPicture because of the review pop up so I’m reviewing the pop up, not GrabPicture (unusable).

The nagging pop up seems very generic. It only has two buttons. Nag me more or write a review. I’d say I’d give the pop up two stars if it had a picture or something. Also, I feel like GrabPicture takes too long to load to just view a pop up. I feel like GrabPicture should be smaller too. I mean how much data is required to show nothing but a pop up?

i paused then video and moved to the frame i wanted and selected save and did that for the next couple frames, then it froze and closed out on its own, and i go to my phots and all it did was save the first frame the video (which wasn't ANY of the ones i selected to save) and it saved that same frame for each time i attempted to save a different frame. DONT WASTE UR TIME

If the developer would spend as much time making sure ads didn’t flip every 5 seconds and GrabPicture performed as advertised, we’d be somewhere. Instead you get plenty of ads and GrabPicture crashes the second you save a photo. GrabPicture represents why Apple needs a Black Hole rating instead of just stars.

I just started using GrabPicture (Perfect Pic stopped working on me) and so far it hasn’t been functioning the way I need it to. I do like the video interface and how I’m able to slide to the still I want to capture, but when I get the still and save it to my iphone, I will get a still that wasn’t the one I stopped on and captured.
For example, I stopped a video of me smiling to get a still - stopped on the perfect still - and when I saved it it ended up being a blurry still of me moving in the video.
Then, when you choose the option to export a still, after you click out from the export tab the video will continue moving. This is a disadvantage because not every click on the export button is a finalized decision, so it throws me off when the video continues going.
I see the potential but I don’t see me using this much.

App crashes when I tap to save the frame from the video as a photo. Everything else works just as expected but it doesn’t like me saving the frame

Hard to really rate GrabPicture. I haven’t been able to use it yet. After opening it I got a notification every 1-5 clicks on GrabPicture to rate the product. So... I can’t speak to ease of use or quality, but was tired of receiving those pop ups.

9 times out of 10 it freezes just after I open GrabPicture , when I “choose” the video I want to import.

I hadn’t used GrabPicture for 5 minutes an it already asked for a review 3 times. If I had used it longer the review might have been higher.

I was easily able to save some pictures from a video I had taken. However, multiple times it didn’t save the still I had selected- it was a picture from a different part of the video even though I had the frame I wanted selected.

You would think that iPhoto or iMovie would allow you to extract a single frame from a video. Can’t believe how much time I wasted with apps that wanted me to pay in order to actually save the frame as a photo. This one does it all. It allows you to scrub through the video, play the video in real time, go frame by frame, and extract any frame as a still photo. It even tells you the frame rate of your video. All for free! Great job!

Selected a frame from my iPhone video and converted to JPG image format. I was able to save image to my Photos app file. Nice app and it did the job!

My title says it all. It IS THAT EASY. I like how iPad cameras take extended photos, but when they are saved as videos and your APP project requires a photo, this is what you need

This is one of the best grabbers for taking still pictures from video recordings. Easy to use and works well.

Only wanted this for checking frame by frame and it’s very light and fast, with current frame and fps listed

Love GrabPicture! A great app for getting high quality pictures from videos taken on my iPhone. Very easy to use. Best app I’ve found for this function.

This was quite easy to use. The download was quick, and grabbing the frame that I wanted went very smoothly.

I was able to make a still photo from the exact frame that I wanted from my short video.
