Follow these steps to resolve intermittent KONGiQ app issues:

Force Stop the KONGiQ App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click KONGiQ app. » click "Force Stop".

Update KONGiQ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KONGiQ App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "KONGiQ app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
