Freezing problems
The printer I got required this app. The printer works great but the app does not. Every time I log into the app, it freezes after a minute of use. It does not matter what I am doing whether it’s printing out labels or making new ones. I can’t even log in without it freezing. This makes me not want to purchase any more of their products if the required app doesn’t work enough to use the device to begin with.

I was happy with this product until..
Ive had this product along with this app for about a year with no issues. Now all of a sudden it won’t pair to my phone and says it won’t support my device. I have an iPhone. Why all of a sudden do they refuse to pair? I even updated the app to see if that would work and nothing. Extremely disappointed I wasted my money on something that I’ve hardly gotten to use.

HUGE privacy issues! Buy another label maker
This is all in Chinese and the app is so sketchy. I didn’t get passed reading the user agreement to know that this was very fishy. It literally tells you the information they gather is property of the Republic of China! Do not give your information to a foreign Communist country!! I just hope it’s not too late for me and that they didn’t gather any information while it was downloaded on my phone.
