I just wanted you to know I went to Walgreens to send back my defective latitude via Fed Ex. You have ordered me a new one, just have to wait My concern with Walgreens, is they didn't give me a receipt or anything to show I am sending it back to you. They just text me that if I wanted to keep on getting messages from them....but nothing about the box or numbers? I took a picture of the box with the address label facing out and next to the Fed Ex sign on counter. I wanted to download the picture on here, but I can't. Please email me back that you got this and are aware of my problem---Thanks

This app is useless. It tells nothing that you don’t already know. The app says that to get more information you have to enter the model and serial number of your pacemaker. What’s the more information that it’s’ going to give you? The model number and serial number of your pacemaker. I was hoping to be able to tell when the last time my pacemaker uploaded data to the doctors office, when is the next time it is scheduled to do so, what is the condition of the battery? This app tells you nothing that you haven’t already told it.

This app is basically nothing more than a manual, and not a great one at that. Even though it asks for your device serial number and your personal information, it doesn’t actually tell you if your device is working, what your last check in looked like, battery status, anything. There’s literally no reason I can see for it to even ask for your personal information, and worst case it’s yet another place that data could be hacked. What’s the point?

Just installed my new 4G communicator per instructions provided. Setup was successful. With the new communicator were instructions to download the MyLatitude Patient App. It plainly stated that the app will provide information for various things such as ICD battery status, connection status, as well as scheduled transmissions information. So far I have found nothing but basic information about the communicator. Maybe I am doing something wrong or is this app just a joke.
