I have an iPhone and 2 iPads they all updated yesterday to iOS 17.0.2 sense then my phone will open your weather app but both iPads will not

To resolve WIBW 13 Weather app network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.

Force Stop the WIBW 13 Weather app App

1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WIBW 13 Weather app » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WIBW 13 Weather app.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WIBW 13 Weather app » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WIBW 13 Weather app » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WIBW 13 Weather app
