How to fix Camera app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Camera app on iPhone
Update Camera app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Camera iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Camera on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Camera network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Camera Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Camera not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Camera App
1. On android, goto Settings » Camera » click [Force Stop]

Update Camera to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Camera App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Camera » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Camera.

Fix Camera unable to contact server/ Camera internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Camera » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Camera » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Camera
