i have had parcel pending for years. suddenly my neighbors pkgs are being delivered to me and i am being notified. i am at 2601 repsdorph rd #1504. my ph number is 832 8980639. i am getting pkgs for #1505.
The last two orders I placed with Amazon were delivered to Parcel Pending lockers but I am not receiving any text messages with my code. Please advise

Je suis étudiante habitant dans une résidence étudiante en France dans mon appartement, j'ai un automate de consingnes de casier de Parcel Pending avec laquelle je reçois les colis plus un compte utilisateur sur votre application mobile.. Par contre Je suis extrêmement très décue de votre servie. Depuis hier que mon colis a été déposé dans les consignes du casier parcel pending mais le casier en s'ouvre pas automatiquement malgré toutes mes tentatives de l'ouvrir,j'ai scanné le code, j'ai mis le code sur l'écran, j'ai essayé de l'ouvir depuis mon téléphone sur l'application mobile. Il m'affiche que le casier est ouvert alors que non. Franchement c'est un service vraiment décevant. En plus vos casiers n'ont pas de numéros, vous m'envoyez un mail avec le numéro du casier alors qu'il y a plusieurs casiers sans numéro, aucun casier n'est numéroté, du coup lequel des casiers je suis censée savoir qui est ouverte ? vu que le casier ne s'ouvre pas. Vous n'avez ni de numéro de téléphone pour vous contacter, je dois encore fouiller sur internet pour trouver vitre site pour vous répondre directement. Je ne recommanderai exemple pas votre application à quelqu'un. Je préfère me désabonner au plus vite si d'ici peu je n'ai toujours pas pu récupéré mon colis.

The apartment complex I moved to has this “service” as part of the mandatory monthly community resident fees added to my rent each month which I wouldn’t mind paying for if it was a LEGIT service that worked as advertised…but it does NOT. Let me be clear I buy everything online from multiple stores daily! It’s been 8 months & it’s been crickets!! 🤨not even 1 false notification has occurred but I have had 15 packages that never came and I’ve received approx. 40-50 packages at my door step addressed to my various neighbors!! I don’t know anything about this “package locker” that appears to be the selling point for this scam! Like the lockers are present on the property but I’ve NEVER had any package delivered to them neither have my neighbors. So what am I actually paying for? Very surprised to see those 5 star ratings mixed with the real customer 1
star ratings🥸 that really makes the junk app look like it’s real! They could allocate a little more time during the work week to making this service work instead of making fake 5 star reviews. 🧐

Update: Contacted support again over two weeks ago and still no response. PATHETIC!
I’m unable to login using the app and the support team doesn’t seem to care. However, I’m able to login to the website using the same credentials. The app seems to complain that my credentials are invalid and forgot password option says that my user account doesn’t exist.
Giving it one star since there’s no option for zero star. I expect better support especially when I’m paying monthly for it.

Being charged for a service you’ve already paid for is ridiculous. For it to happen for a service that you shouldn’t have had to pay for makes it worse. When you get charged for a package you didn’t know was coming, and didn’t know was there, it’s infuriating.
The fact that all of this happened because the app is broken and doesn’t give notifications UNLESS you open it should be criminal.
