This is a phenomenal service and offers great value. I love how concise it is. Finding exactly what you want on an emergency is incredibly easy. Easier than any other service I know. But as far as I can see, there is no Mac app and no website, so no way to access it on a computer. This feels like a missed opportunity to give it that final nudge, but one can dream.

I like Pathways modern feel. The search is fast and efficient, and all the content is downloaded to my device so theres never any lag or inability to access the info. You can quickly check the reference for every statement, so you know where the recommendation is coming from. Interactive pathways are really useful.

as a med student, I was really bummed that there is a 100 dollar yearly subscription to get access to about half of the information on Pathway , which I won’t be able to pay :( I was going to be really excited if it was entirely available, or seriously hoping that it wasn’t going to be that expensive. I wish that someday this aspect changes(?) but unfortunately that is my loss. Well, its nice to know that its out there. Maybe I will make do without it

Very concise, intuitive and user friendly design. High-yield, constantly updating and consciously referenced content. I love the way it helps me to deal with day-to-day cases at point-of-care. Top notch app in the field!

Its about a quarter of the cost of UpToDate for me as a physician. I tend to use both of them jointly, with this app being the preferred option most of the time for quick consultations and interactive algorithms.

Its great to have all the guidelines in one place. The design and interface are really good, much better than other apps out there. Search works well and the interactive pathways are great as a study tool.

Its useful to be able to read landmark trials in context. Theyre also adding more and more calculators within the guidelines, which comes in handy because I dont need to switch tools. Interactive pathways are a beauty. Hence, 5 stars.

this app has been a really useful tool throughout my residency. Ive been impressing my supervisors and colleagues with my knowledge of evidence-based info. I can find what Im looking for a lot more quickly than on other apps.

Easy access to evidence-based guideline summaries comes in very handy for me as a GP. The color-coded evidence assessments are very useful for quickly evaluating the quality of the evidence. Ive recommended this app to my colleagues and will continue to do so.

I love it as a quick reference, and its only getting better since I started using it. They add new guidelines and new pathways regularly.

Highly organized and way to use.

Great complement to all my other tools as a primary care internist in solo practice. Yearly subscription comes at about $169, which is a bargain compared to other apps.
