as a med student, I was really bummed that there is a 100 dollar yearly subscription to get access to about half of the information on the app, which I won’t be able to pay :( I was going to be really excited if it was entirely available, or seriously hoping that it wasn’t going to be that expensive. I wish that someday this aspect changes(?) but unfortunately that is my loss. Well, its nice to know that its out there. Maybe I will make do without it

This is a phenomenal service and offers great value. I love how concise it is. Finding exactly what you want on an emergency is incredibly easy. Easier than any other service I know. But as far as I can see, there is no Mac app and no website, so no way to access it on a computer. This feels like a missed opportunity to give it that final nudge, but one can dream.

I like Pathways modern feel. The search is fast and efficient, and all the content is downloaded to my device so theres never any lag or inability to access the info. You can quickly check the reference for every statement, so you know where the recommendation is coming from. Interactive pathways are really useful.
