Screen Mirroring Mac PC Desk Reviews

I purchased the annual pro member in March last for teaching. When fall semester started, I was told the membership was expired. I didn’t pay attention and paid for lifetime membership. Actually it was only half year after I purchased the membership. This month I cancel the annual membership but ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk didn’t recognize i am a pro member and ask me to update again. Be aware of this kind company and try to use wired connection instead since ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk has weak quality when deliver the mirror.

ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk on Chrome keeps crashing every 3 - 6 minutes of use. I payed for ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk after the 5 min free trial because it was actually something I enjoyed using. Been using it for not even 10 minutes and have crashed 4 times since. ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk is not ready for release so for those who are looking into a program like this, look elsewhere because clearly no one should be paying $4.99 for an app that doesn’t even work properly. Will be refunding this through Apple as soon as I finish writing this review.

Wow... a FIVE minute trial, that’s how long you’re allowed to try this. Five minutes. I challenge the developers to name ANY other thing, of any kind, absolutely anything, that claims to offer a free trial and limits it to five minutes. The really sad part? It can’t even manage to maintain the stream for anything close to five minutes. Instead it began lagging after 10 seconds, froze completely before a fifth of the oh-so-generous “trial.”

So basically their target market is impulse purchasers who are too lazy to read reviews, too stupid to get a refund, and/or too rich to care. There are plenty of warnings, so if you pay to dumb-dumb tax that’s on you.

I was really excited to use ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk to stream my iPad screen on discord, since it seemed more stable than a lot of apps that I’d tried using. But as it turns out you have to pay to stream more than five minutes at a time.

I’m frustrated that this subscription service isn’t listed anywhere on ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk description or on the home screen because it feels a bit dishonest to list it as free, but not warn you that you need to pay premium for more. It’s not a terrible price, but I wish there was more warning about it.

I was really excited for ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk and I got the paid version so I could do virtual speech therapy sessions. ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk seems to work fine in the morning but in the afternoons I always get error messages and I can’t get my same items to share that shared in the morning. It makes me look unprepared and has been very frustrating to say the least. I’m always updating to make sure I have the newest version and hope the glitches work out, but sadly that hasn’t been helpful.

Great, in that you don’t have to install anything on the host computer. Reasonable amount of lag in my opinion. The biggest problem is that your iPad screen takes up such a small portion of the computer screen that if you project your computer screen to a large monitor for teaching purposes it’s really too small to be effective or practical.

I have used many other mirroring apps in class and this is the only one that work every time! The lag is long though and gets annoying to the kids when I talk and my lips are not in sync with my words... I hope the lag will be improved in future updates.

ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk is great! I love that I don’t have to install anything on my computer to mirror my phone screen. Although ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk is great my one complaint is that the response to the computer is a tad slow. Maybe it catches up but I didn’t need it too long so I didn’t let it catch up if it does do so.

It’d be lovely if you could rotate the screen broadcast on your computer!

I use this a lot in my presentations with customers being able to show what I’m doing on my iPad while they’re looking on within either a zoom or go to meeting, Great tool

I found this one night while searching for some kind of solution to the problem of showing people far away something on my phone. I took away one star simply because I cannot find a way to turn off the audio instructions and I find them very annoying. Not needed after the first time or better yet, just do written instructions with screenshots.

I am a science teacher that is teaching virtually right now and I needed to be able to use my virtual reality science program over a zoom meeting. ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk allowed me to do so with ease. When I hit a technical snag on my end, customer service via Facebook messenger responded to me almost instantly and help me troubleshoot what was going on. They had me back up and running in under five minutes. Thank you for helping my science class be amazing!

I have been using ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk since everything went virtual in 2020. It is the most reliable, and versatile way I have found to share my iPad screen online or on my classroom whiteboard hands down. And every time I have a support need, I have found them to be incredibly responsive and helpful. ❤️

I’ve done some searching trying to find the best streaming software to stream my music from my phone to my PC and so far, this is the best one I have found. I really like that it offers a one-time payment because I hate monthly plans and it’s not too bad of a price.
The only thing I don’t particularly like about this product is the fact that it doesn’t allow you to change volume of things (on phone or PC) when you’re listening to something, but I downloaded a chrome extension on my google chrome browser called volume master that fixed that problem, so everything is fine now. Other than that, I believe that ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk is perfect and well worth the price!

App was easy to use. I am able to beam to my Mac when I’m doing a lot of work and don’t want to tax the hard drive works great . I use it everyday if I want to share something that’s on my phone I just que it up and bam it’s on my large screen no passing phone around for everyone to take a look. I was skeptical at first but it delivered. Thanks

When mirroring my iPad, I used to use air-server (which always worked well), but our school banned ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk because it didn’t meet the criteria for internet security. Anyhow, we can no longer use 3rd-party apps so this option popped up. I’ve used it all week and haven’t had a single issue. Works perfectly and it doesn’t require me to install an app on my school computer. All you need is a browser.

I’ve been using ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk for at least a year now. EVERY DAY ALL DAY. ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk is ROCK SOLID. I show video, whiteboard, webpages, just about anything you can think of.

I also use it on Cellular > School WiFi, Shcool Wife > School WiFi, Home WiFi > School WiFi and more. I think it has been buggy once in the thousands of hours I’ve been connected with it.

If you want to easily mirror you iPad to Google Chrome Browser look no further. ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk is more than worth the price.

As far as customer service, I can’t say. But don’t worry about it, YOU WON’T NEED SUPPORT.

A huge THANK YOU too the developers for solving my problem. I couldn’t find a way to mirror my personal iPad to a heavily managed and filtered school network - until I found this little gem.

I use ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk to demonstrate other apps that we use to our employees and I also found their support folks to be very helpful in helping to resolve issues that I had with ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk . I always recommend ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk to others.

I have used ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk multiple times and it works perfectly with no lag at all.... I played 4 games of Call Of Duty Mobile and didn’t have one bit of lag from the game or audio so I recommend ScreenMirroringMacPCDesk for anyone that wants to have your IPhone on the big screen

I use the screen mirroring to show my iPad handwriting onto part of the screen of a Windows PC, which is projected to a big screen of a classroom. It works perfectly to integrate the handwriting explanation together with the lecture material on the PC screen. Their technical service is even more impressive. Three days ago, about 50 minutes before the class, I ran into some connection issue. I sent an email to the Support Team. Surprising, a technical support person named RK replied within 10 minutes. RK patiently exchanged several emails with me and resolved the issue just in time for me to go to the class.

Using air beam tv on my iPad could write equations in real time using the Apple pencil on the iPad with the screen shared with an online zoom session running on Linux. (Zoom also works well on Linux using the Chrome browser).

People here seem to be complaining about a black screen. I see that initially while the connection is being set up, sometimes for as much as 30 seconds, sometimes much shorter, so I guess this is something to do with the local network to which the iPad and computer both are connected. If you have upgraded from the
“Free” to the $5 paid app, you can then switch screens on the iPad to the application you want to share. This is a great app, well worth the small cost! And it works properly. The initial free use is really only useful for checking that you are able to make the connection from IOS device to computer.
