But it keeps crashing every time I open it. It is unusable. It also does not recognize me as someone who paid for the yearly subscription. Very frustrating. I am about to report it to apple as a fraud company.

Really liked FrameX so I purchased the VIP subscription. After doing that, it automatically crashed/closed immediately after opening FrameX . Wasn’t able to use any of the features :(

Once I purchased more walls, I found FrameX very limiting. When it saves and downloads it’s images, you have to re-crop them, re size them in order to post . Try other apps instead

After paying for the subscription and getting a msg “you are all set” I’m completely unable to log in and so I cannot use the full features. It takes me to a screen to log in that asks for my phone number (?)…. Never had this happened at FrameX Store. There is no help that I can find. The link takes you to a website all in Chinese. If this is not resolved it amounts to robbery. Very disappointed apple allows such a vendor here.

I paid for the monthly subscription. I truly loved FrameX . The second day I opened FrameX and it now acts like I don’t have an account. So now the paid features don’t work. I can find anywhere to get help from the owners of FrameX .

You have a great app for adding a frame to my photos. But I don’t want to see that with a picture of it hanging on some wall. I want to save just my picture with the frame on it. Please allow FrameX to do just that and it would be a five star plus winner. I want to display my framed picture in my high DEF TV.

New issue: it crashes when trying to save/download.
Looks like before saving it we have to sign in as a member or tourist. While touching tourist button it crashes. Please fix this issue.

Let me save framed pictures without the backgrounds/scenes. (Like another reviewer mentioned). I would happily pay for the good application. Increase the resolution of the picture while exporting.

I would love to be a premium member but right now, honestly it can be the best one time paid app. I feel the developer is a bit greedy to expect monthly premium on an app that rarely has new additions. Been using for 2 years now and I haven’t noticed many new changes.

Hi! I’m an artist and I love using FrameX to present my artwork, but whenever I export, the resolution is poor comprising the look of my work even using VIP, thus I cannot use it to show clients /galleries. Do you have higher resolution available?

I find FrameX to be difficult at times. Can I frame a picture without a scene and share it. I don’t necessarily want it in a scene all the time.

FrameX offers beautiful photo frame designs, including oil paintings and modern art. However, the choices are not only limited but also in low resolution (640X640) unless you are willing to pay for in-app-purchase. Not very useful.

Hi, I didn’t create an account and when I open FrameX , it says my account is under the name Ti An VIP account... Is it a mistake or am I on somebody else’s account?! Thanks for your answer.

I’ve used FrameX with much happiness and success, but it seems to no longer work. I would like to purchase the VIP package. But it won’t let me. Not even the Tourist direct buy.
Could it no longer work with my iPad Air 2?

Make a small painting huge and see how it would work on a wall all framed and matted without the expense of trying it in real life.

I love the functionality of FrameX. The only thing missing is a few bolder frame color choices, like red and turquoise.

Easy to use. Can not wait to order frames/prints from FrameX .

Can you make the width of the mat area adjustable?

I love the basic package and upgraded to the VIP one but no matter what I do I can’t figure how to get it to work. I am very disappointed and will seek a refund.

I’ve been a VIP member for about 4 months now. I use FrameX to post my artwork online. Although I have seen 2-3 new rooms available, that’s not a lot.

I would like to see more room changes or the ability to switch out old rooms.

Secondly, I’d like to show multiple pieces on one wall.

Finally, I don’t always want to frame my work. I’d like to hang some as a canvas only. I’d like to see that option.

This is the absolute BEST app I can find that’s available to us regular folk. Those that want to know how their art will look
-all beautiful y matted and framed; along with FrameX ’s beautiful backgrounds OR .. you could even use your own living room! How awesome is that?

FrameX is great but it doesnot have very narrow or delicate frame without extra white part , I like only frame , it makes the work bigger than what it is ,and it is not ok to me.
The second , is lack of delete icon in the page and it cause a lot of problem .i am half an hour on it to change the picture but I could not to delete and use another frame.
