Really liked this app so I purchased the VIP subscription. After doing that, it automatically crashed/closed immediately after opening the app. Wasn’t able to use any of the features :(
After paying cannot log in

After paying for the subscription and getting a msg “you are all set” I’m completely unable to log in and so I cannot use the full features. It takes me to a screen to log in that asks for my phone number (?)…. Never had this happened at the App Store. There is no help that I can find. The link takes you to a website all in Chinese. If this is not resolved it amounts to robbery. Very disappointed apple allows such a vendor here.
I paid for app and now it won’t work

I paid for the monthly subscription. I truly loved the app. The second day I opened the app and it now acts like I don’t have an account. So now the paid features don’t work. I can find anywhere to get help from the owners of the app.
