I really liked this app at first—then I started using it more and digging around. The app actually doesn’t work at all. For instance, if you record a symptom as “mild,” the app stores it as “not felt.” This throws off everything.
The report that can be generated is actually just a list of your records—but because the app doesn’t record them correctly, they’re wrong, making the report useless for tracking your symptoms (which is the whole point of this app). The app has great graphs, but they’re not included in the report. It’s literally just a list of your entries over a given time period.
Overall, this is a great idea for an app—it just doesn’t work. I’ve been asking support about the problems for a while now (almost two weeks). They say they’re aware the app doesn’t work and that the problem has been fixed—but until there’s an update pushed out, this app flat-out doesn’t work.
(The developers also apparently had people they were interviewing for jobs complete some of the reviews, which is REALLY unethical, even if they didn’t ask for positive reviews. If you’re interviewing for a job, you’re not going to insult the company).

Revised review: Kyle contacted me and told me they were working through a bug that is causing this problem. I do hope they can fix it because if this app is up and running and doing what it says it can do, it will be amazing. But for now BACK UP YOUR DATA if you are using it (though I haven’t seen a way to import it back in...
Changing my review from 1 star to 3.
If it gets fixed, it will be a solid 5!
From 5/3/21 (I think): I spent over an hour getting everything set up, subscribing, adding in all the symptoms for myself and my daughter, only to wake up this morning and have everything gone. If I have to enter everything from scratch every day, I’d rather just track it on paper. That would be easier. Why should I pay $6 a month to have to work so hard to track - and have no record of what you entered?

The functionality of the app is great with being able to monitor symptoms, notes, appointments over time. I like that there are specific questions following symptoms. The calendar lets you monitor/view symptoms over time and even export that timeline. It can be useful for users who don’t remember all their symptoms and also helps healthcare professionals with prognosis. My one complaint is that some functions don’t feel as intuitive to a user. For the appointments function, I think being able to set the appointment date and seeing it on the calendar could help monitor symptoms up until an appointment. Or some kind of integrated calendar (Google calendar or iCalendar) would be appreciated.
