AdorHealth is not working in ios phones.
Can you solve this problem?

App asks to know my phone’s location 24/7, even tho it’s an app designed for a watch. Very sus

Music controls do not function. Not sure if this a Bluetooth issue but there is no clear instruction on how to bind Bluetooth either.

All watch face designs are over complicated and look like something designed by a 5 year old who has just learnt the word “futuristic”. Nothing simple or just functional.

In summary, badly made in both the software and in hardware sense, sketchy (it’s probably already selling my data to the Chinese gov), and based on other reviews lacking in any good support. Just buy a old fashioned watch if you’re tight on money, or an Apple Watch if you’re not.

Need to fix AdorHealth it won’t boot up keeps crashing. Unable to check the records or update anything on to the watch. It’s really frustrating can’t access stuff to update to the watch. I was able to finally get AdorHealth to work but know I upgraded the firmware and now the watch won’t do anything its just a paper weight.

Was working perfectly then all of a sudden stopped. Open apps automatically closes on own. Info is not syncing to AdorHealth . Watch still works great & does what says do. Watch vibrates for calls & voicemail messages, cannot answer calls on watch. Have to have app downloaded to set time on watch. Manual print is way too tiny.

Will not pair, blood pressure doesn’t match with the doctors office. Steps are not even what they should be, wore two watches and used a pedometer and my phone, phone and pedometer matched the other watch was off fifty steps and the watch I compared was a half mile short.
I can see why the developer doesn’t collect any data, they are a waste of time and money. China

Keeps crashing and can’t update anything on the watch! Please help or fix AdorHealth ! Watch is not cool if I can’t change the settings!

AdorHealth opens for 3 seconds then crashes. I really like the watch, but I don’t know if I can keep it with a non functioning app.

This is poorly designed app. Hard to connected, does not synchronize with watch easily.

Firmware update 1.521 doesn't count step, so no tracking for walking and running. Counted 20 steps watch showed ZERO.

I bought the watch yesterday and while doing using AdorHealth an update popped up and I updated it but at the end it said that the update failed, and my watch crashed and stayed on the update screen ever since!!!
Is there any solution?? Or did I just waste my money on this ??

Getting a little better since last review.
1. Weight calculation is totally screwed up. Have screen shots but can’t post here.
2. App support link in AdorHealth center doesn’t work.

App is ok. When I use run feature, it speaks Chinese, can you add option for English at least.
I can’t see each run data individually.

I turned off my auto screen shut down on my phone and clicked the firmware update button on AdorHealth . Worked fine for me and so far the watch is excellent. 1st day of ownership. Will update if things change.

I've only had this watch and app for a day but I think I've discovered at least one of the main problems with AdorHealth crashing. The first time it crashed was after I set a few alarms and it would crash every time I tried to open it. I deleted AdorHealth , reinstalled and went through the whole process again. Same thing happened when I set the alarms, it crashed. I deleted it, reinstalled, haven't set any alarms and now I've been able to get into AdorHealth several times today with no issues of crashing. Random and slightly annoying but happy that it hasn't crashed again!
