Zero coordination and accountability , customer service always available but does nothing
The car pickup was delayed by two days because the location listed was incorrect. The owner kept lying to them about the location of the car and there was nothing they could do about it. Later they booked another car on my behalf. Then they asked the second owner for an extra discount on my behalf, I didn’t receive any of the discount and they pocketed the extra difference. They told me the car could be delivered and picked up but it couldn’t be. The second time

Unsuitable app to use
The app requests very confidential information and their policy in refund and car return is pretty bad compared to any other international agencies. I din‘t recommend it especially there is no proof that customer‘s data will be safe with them

Crashes immediately
I think this app doesn’t work if I apple store account was set from outside Egypt! I came recently from NY and doesn’t work for me nor my friends who came with me!
