Never mind the inconveniencies encountered opening the account, and not being told while doing so that I had to apply to be allowed to use AppBSC or make transfers, which required another trip to the bank to sign contracts, the fact that I cannot register my devices with AppBSC and must wait for days before being allowed to make transfers through AppBSC even after signing said contracts, means AppBSC does not deserve any higher rating than a three. It would have been a two except for the fact that customers are able to choose between English and Spanish languages. That is a major convenience I wish other services here in the DR would adopt.
