The app is almost worthless. It doesn’t tell you were the stops are and the bus location doesn’t tell you what line or what direction the bus is moving along the route. The adds pop up all of the time. The bus stops at the top of the hill at the Citadel stop and makes you disembark for 35 minutes for a break with no other options to get on another bus and continue on. The bus looks like another company but they are not the same so you have to make sure you don’t try to board the one with a giraffe.
Coupons don’t work, app features don’t work

The app is glitchy and has some design flaws. The location services doesn’t work to show your current location. Also the location of each bus is inaccurate.
The drivers don’t follow the planned routes which makes planning your exploration of the city difficult and unpredictable.
The most disappointing feature is the coupons which promote various items which are included as part of your ticket purchase- redemption of these services is almost impossible as the vendors don’t accept the coupons.
The app is basically useless.
It doesn’t work to find your locations

When I asked some of your people on how to use it, I figured it was user error on my part, they told me the app wasn’t working and best to delete it. They said all it does is mess everyone up. The map doesn’t show your busses or stops properly.
