Ok! I love the idea of COFE but I think you need to add a barcode that can be scanned when I order in-person to add points into my account. That would make more sense and be much easier for me as an account holder.
Also, I noticed a lot of issues when I'm trying to pay with a card, especially when I leave COFE and reopen it. It just deletes the entire order and I have to do it from the beginning, which is overwhelming.
Moreover, COFE takes a lot of time to process the order, and sometimes I don't receive a confirmation through COFE . I have to check my email to see if the order is accepted or not, which is weird!

I’m very disappointed with the new update it’s very slow the loading takes forever and there is no search option like before where i could simply choose the coffee shop that i want and the branch that i want now i have to keep scrolling until I find it and takes forever to load once clicking on it💔please fix the problem I really loved COFE

It looks like a great idea to order your coffee ahead or to be delivered to you
But COFE itself needs lot of rework, right now it’s not even working after latest update.
If I can’t make an order then it waste only my time trying, i can’t understand how some coffee order are “out of stock/finished”
I never went to a coffee shop and asked for something and they reply sorry we don’t have anymore today.!

Honestly, apart from the service this app provides, COFE build quality is fantastic. Impressive and intuitive UI. The functionality was not up to par at some point, but they’ve sorted it out since. Great job.

Used COFE for weeks and built up credits but then it stopped working except for late in evening although these shops are still open. Credits expire which makes COFE useless if not available when needed. Huge disappointment.

It has to be mentioned in the description that you only deliver to work districts! It was a waste of time to register and order and then to find out that it doesn’t deliver to our to desired location.

COFE is wonderful and easy to use, but sometimes the timing of the shops are not synchronized and sometimes the shops suddenly disappear from the map!

Never had worst than this,
Waiting for one hour for my coffee and then receive a call that sorry we dont deliver now!! And it was just 11:00AM , and replied the amount will be in the wallet to order from another place while there is no other options showing to me in my area ??

I like the idea of the application. However, in COFE , it gives you an option to recharge your “CofeCredit” but the paying option from your CofeCredit is not available.

i got a very bad experience with COFE , i was surprised they unfortunately dealing with the worst service provider such as Talabat ! they deducted almost 50$ for this app delivery!! and with that the time to deliver is 1 hour !! after that time they told me the driver left without taking the order !!

It’s the worst app ever. Everytime i order for pick i have to go in and wait for my order to be prepared even though i ore ordered it a long time ago. I complained about it to you many times but nothing changed and the issue waan’t fixed. Worst customer service aa well.!

What a useless App & service. An 1hr and 30min waiting + a notification that the “order on the way”, and when the delivery passed the “estimated time of delivery” -which is always 1hr - the customer service respond was “sorry the shop is closed”. I’d advise anyone not to use COFE & use a reliable apps like Zomato or Deliveroo.

Ordered for the first time they took money from my creditcard but didn't make the order, Tried talking to them for longer than an hour and they aren't replying with anything. Unfortunately this will be my first and last time using their app 👎

App doesn’t even know if the branch is actually open. I made an order to pick up, and when I arrived the branch was closed. What’s even worse is that they refused to refund my payment and only offered me app credit. Never using it again
