Well first off let’s start by saying their nba model does not load 1st half bets at all so if you are wanting it for that then leave, but more importantly this app uses false advertising. This app claims that a certain amount for this example (20-2) over the last 3 days in 4 star + nba bets. WELL, personally in those 3 days I bet on all of the FIVE star bets, 3 of them were losses. Now this is just From the FIVE star bets, not even FOUR that I assume had MORE losses. Complete scam do not fall for this if you think that the model may be useful sure but don’t think that the amount of money and their pick percentage from their app is correct because it ISNT.

The only reason I’m giving this one star is because I can’t give it zero stars. I had the subscription that was for all sports, and it would only really have ratings for one thing for some sports. The app didn’t really work as it was supposed to. However, my real complaint is that I cancelled my membership months ago and still got charged. After reaching out to what has been lackluster customer service at best, I haven’t been refunded my $227. I have sent out probably 15-20 emails and have only received one reply to which they said it wasn’t their problem. I have even provided PROOF of my cancellation months ago. There’s no customer service number and they don’t respond to emails. Not only is there no sports going on right now, but their refund policy is to request a refund within 72 hours of being charged, and I’ve done this multiple times. Don’t sign up for this subscription because you will be continuously charged and they won’t even answer you, let alone refund you money if you don’t use it. This app is TRASH.

You see the ads for this app and you think it’s a sure thing because we’ll, that’s what they say… it is far from it… the majority if not all of the picks are AI (computer generated) and the picks they say are 3 star + are heavily favored to win. That too was far from the truth… I did 10 bets total in the first 3 weeks I had the bet and was 1 for 10.. and I only took their 5 star bets! I started writing down or remembering some of their “top picks” and not wagering on them but watching them and those to almost always failed.. this app is a great tool for quick fast convenient information but that’s it.. there are many other places that offer these same tools for FREE… not worth the 40$ a month… and I am still waiting to hear back from them because the phone line goes to voice mail, no one answers and it’s been 3 days and I’ve yet to hear from them.
