Too much expensive
They completely overprice the whole trip, normally on other services like Careem they offer 3000 IQD and Obr says 5000 IQD .The drivers have poor hygiene, rude, and their customer support doesn’t work at all . Moreover , when you normally order a cap it tells you the price for example 4000 IQD and when the captain drops you off it will say like 5,200 IQD which are two completely different prices ,So I wouldn’t recommend Obr at all .
بالنسبه للاجور اصبحت جدا عاليه طبعا مع مراعاة الازدحام لكن مثلا حجزت اليوم وكانت عطله والطريق استغرق عشرة دقائق لا اكثر والمسافة قريبه جدا كانت الاجره سبعه الاف دينار اعتقد انه مبالغ به حقا واني لن استخدم التطبيق مرة اخرى الا للضروره القصوى لان الاجره اذا كان الطريق سالك او مزدحم لا تفرق كثيراا لذلك اجد ان التطبيق اصبح سئ ولا يراعي المواطن ابداا ولا يتناسب مع المسافه والوقت
I have emailed and called several times to delete my account, they don’t understand that I don’t like to use their services and delete my account but they continue to ignore my messages and refuse to delete my account.

Very bad company in Erbil, i have three times bad experience with them, no drivers show up and cancelled by company, disrespectful for time and appointments, i never suggest anyone to used especially if you have serious appointments
They take too long to accept my booking, not once or twice all the time. didn’t like that and probably not gonna use it again
It’s too expensive too over.
It’s a good app, drivers come on time and they are polite and somewhat not annoying.
The things that I didn’t like are that the driver calls one or two times to confirm the exact location, although the location is provided on the gps; also I was charged more than the stipulated fee because of the roundabouts!!!
Again it’s a good app but needs a lot of quality improvements.
