How to fix Madona app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Madona app on iPhone
Update Madona app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Madona iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Madona on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Madona network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Madona app issues:

Force Stop the Madona App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Madona app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Madona to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Madona App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Madona app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Madona.

Fix Madona unable to contact server/ Madona internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Madona » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Madona » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Madona on android.
