Nothing works
I get emails to review videos that I can’t access from the app. I can’t use the scan feature to log into a practice session. I can’t use it with my iPad. Sometimes it just sits there and spins. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app without success. Plus a side note. I’m a GOLFTEC customer. It’s expensive!! And paying that much you would think the equipment at the store/lesson place would work well. It doesn’t. And the staff just says, ya it glitchy.

Poor software needs big improvement!
1. I could not find any empty spot for practice until march in the app. In the shop there are plenty of empty slots. It turns out the app has issue. 2. App doesn’t differentiate practice and real lesseon in the calendar of the app. I have no idea if it is lesson or practice. 3 when I book a lesson it shows additionally available lessons on same day of every week. Why it doesn’t show the lesson of current week?

Scheduling is Good. That’s about it.
The scheduling functionally works fine though has plenty of room for improvement (full schedule across months, multiple calendar integration, …). The recorded lessons functionality just doesn’t work. I have to contact support just to get lessons to show up in the app and even once that happens they are unplayable.
