I have a ticket for a challenge that starts today, but it doesnt appear on my app so it doesnt let me log in, but I do have the ticket in my email. How can you help me?
Constantly Crashes During Challenges

This is my fifth challenge using the Wodify Rise App in just over a years time. The same problems on my first challenge are the same problems with the fifth. Crashes multiple times a week. Unable to enter my points, have to reset passwords often only to have access denied saying my account doesn’t exist. Often the challenges are there but when I hit “yes” in “did you complete this task” it brings me back to my challenge list to show I didn’t do it. Overall, Wodify and Wodify Rise are extremely frustrating to use due to how many times a week their app(s) crash or don’t work properly.

I’ve opened this app seven times today to log points for a challenge. Every time I’ve opened the app, I’ve had to resubmit all my points and tracking information. I get various error messages and the app continuously crashes. So annoyed. The points and such for the challenge are SO simple, but this app makes it complicated and annoying because I have to keep going in to resubmit and make sure everything is accurate.

Signed up for a challenge through my gym only to discover a week into it that it doesn’t work with a ChromeBook. The phone app isn’t much better and it doesn’t allow you to complete the days you missed. I messaged to site and received no call back, just a bot telling me that they created a ticket for my issue; same as the IT department where I work! I love my gym but really don’t like Wodify and wish we could go with BTWB.
