The app always lags. I downloaded the app, but I can’t use it to order because it keeps asking me to correct the name & middle name. I have to order from the website as a guest; however, it is still slow and lags. I keep try multiple time and unfortunately many times the items out of stock when it comes to the payments.
There are couple of products that I downloaded the app and I want buy since a two years, but they’ve never been stocked back.
For my last order, I lost four of the performance I want but while I was trying to check out.

I was trying to make orders from their global site, and it kept failing saying the address is wrong. I tried contacting customer service and they blame the bank for some weird reason. I raised a ticket on their site and no one got back to me. I tried adding an address through the app and keeps crashing. Phone number field does not work for US numbers. It says it takes visa/mc but it doesn’t work. I used to admire GS when I was in the Middle East, and now I don’t because of their lack of technical support for their global customers. Change my mind.

I would have given it a zero if they had that. I wanted to buy some perfume but the website keeps saying payment failed. I called my bank and they said it’s from the website and not the card. I reached out to customer service and still no help! They claim to have Apple Pay but they don’t! They claim to have different payment method but that’s also a lie. It’s really upsetting . My interest in buying from GS is no more.
