How to fix Prequel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Prequel app on iPhone
Update Prequel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Prequel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Prequel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Prequel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Prequel Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Prequel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Prequel App
1. On android, goto Settings » Prequel » click [Force Stop]

Update Prequel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Prequel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Prequel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Prequel.

Fix Prequel unable to contact server/ Prequel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Prequel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Prequel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Prequel
