The Whistle

I would rate this 5 stars but I can’t find an option to turn off that loud whistle when you have completed the Kegel exercises. I have an iPhone and it doesn’t show up in my settings along with my other apps so I can not even mute it from there. I am keeping PelvicFloorExercises for the actual exercises to help strengthen my pelvic floor.

Bugs need to get fixed

I see there is potential for PelvicFloorExercises to help with pelvic exercises but for some reason PelvicFloorExercises won’t let me create my own workouts as it shows you could. There is some bugs that need to be fixed with the create your own workout.
