Get Pricing Info for Perfect CorpOrdered and hadnt received items 27 days so inquired via email with Beauty Bay. Very poor customer service- kept repeatedly asking my tracking number in order to help me- which I gave several times and they kept saying it wasnt the number. So bright idea look up cusotmer by order date, name, address and phone number which I suggested they do to actually help customer. So I dont believe although I like products that I will neccessarily order from business that refuses to help customer when package not received. I think I will just contact credit card company since never received to get refund since Beaty Bay refuses to assist me. Just warning others my experience so you are aware if order from this business/

The app is fine but the customer service through the app is horrible the total that they charge me was different then what was written in the payment page I tried contacting them multiple times emailing them my problem and they never answered I even tried to cancel my order and they didn’t cancel it I was so disappointed

Items took almost a month to arrive. Website says tracking takes 3-7 business days after shipping date. The tracker was not clear on where it shipped from or when exactly it was going to ship. Would not recommend.

Very bad in shipment trucking, cannot contact with costumer service because it is robots , also long time and I didn’t receive the shipment, now more than 3 weeks . I paid for shipment and I didn’t have it yet . So I advice people to be careful from this app.
