- Switches between traditional and simplified, which is confusing

- Requires much more self study to learn the language and how to speak

- No explanation or intro for pinyin

- No mention of tones

- Cannot upgrade to lifetime package with credit for what has already been paid

Hi The app keeps closing while I’m using it. If I delete the app and reinstall it will I lose my progress? Thank you.

I am on level 15. At a certain point there is a circle, in which it says, for example, "number", and below are 5 tabs, of which a few represent numbers. The instructions ask me to drag the matching phrases into the circle. However, nothing responds. The numbers below do not respond to touch. I cannot make them move. I cannot drag them. What is one supposed to do?
