I have a new phone and my app starts up but only the sound level shows not the directional options
Hi the last two weeks my Signia app won’t load so I can’t adjust my hearing aids but my blue tooth connects to the hearing aids
Just had right side active pro replaced by signia. suddenly the left side is having issues with the mic. No matter how high I raise the volume for the left side it is not picking up sounds through the microphone. Signia audiologist did whatever she could do to no avail. suddenly I have had issues with the Signia app randomly changing the volume for the left side hearing aid. Audiologist has watched as the volume indicator on the app changes on its own. The left side device is no longer usable through the microphone. Both sides work fine when using blue tooth. Anything coming from my iphone is clear and audable on both the left and right side. the left side has received a complete cleaning which did not reedy the problem. is there anything that I or the signia qualified audiologist can do?
The app does not keep the setting I set. I increase the volume and go to the next screen and the volume goes back down on it's own. It does not keep the setting I set it on. Please advise. Thanks
I have new C&G Silk 7IX with Cros. They worked until I connected to app on Apple 14. Does not change programs. Volume control stopped after 30 seconds. Cros no longer connects to hearing aid. Reinstalled app but no change. Tried with remote control. Same problems. Cannot change programs. Cros not connected and volume control stops working after 30 seconds.

"Your hearing aid app is running" stays on my phone when I'm finished using app. How can I close app?

Reloaded Signia app on my iPhone 14. Now I don’t have the same options (restaurant for example). Only program option I have is “Universal”. Thank you.
Remote control stuck on Universal setting. Can’t change to other settings (TV, Stroll, Noisy environment)
Signia App works intermitantly: Volume. Turning on left hearing aid. Volume of left hearing aid is lower than right. Battery check. Tinnitus adjustments. Tinnitus program shutting down when switching back to Universal program. Also unable to activate Signia App on my other phone: Pixel 4 XL.
I have a pair of Charge & Go 7nx hearing aids. I have deleted the Signia App from my new iphone SE2022 as the app interfers with telephone operation such as not ringing, adjusts phone volume willy nilly. Seams to work okay for a short while when I do a clean reinstall, but then fails again. Not happy. Now using the hearing aids without the Signia app.
Signia app has been frozen on my phone for days and I have deleted and reinstalled it and turned my phone off several times. Bluetooth only connects to one hearing aid and need two to hear properly. Very frustrating!
My left side hearing aid is not working even after changing batteries

Every since I upgraded to the new app on August 6, 2022, I have had problems with my left hearing aid connecting to Blue tooth and it only works about 20% of the time. The right hearing aid also is not loud enough to be understood on a phone call anymore. This has been very frustrating. Any advice?
My signature app will not let me switch from normal to noisy environment and I am not getting the surround dial for base, treble noises etc. All I can do is increase or decrease the volume.

My Signia app only has one aid bar showing. The rt one is a cros aid. For over 2 years the app had two adjusting bars. I’ve deleted & reinstalled w/o change.
