I got to the 3rd stage! Can’t catch any of the big fish and I’ve got 4 different harpoons literally spent all day! That’s frustrating to get to a new stage and not able to catch most of the FISH! You shouldn’t have to max upgrade your harpoons just for them to work on big fish! I’m not gonna bother wasting the time! I bought all these guns thinking they would work on big fish and they don’t! So I want to buy another one but how do I know if it’ll work? You need to have more information about each harpoon and what their meant for..so regardless this is a deal breaker for me, and I’m done with this game..super aggravated that I got to a new only to not be able to CATCH ANYTHING...👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼now don’t get me wrong the snipper harpoon is my absolute favorite and I max upgraded it! It was well worth it! But the other ones should at least work a little on the big fish I understand fully upgrading make them better but to not work at all?!!😡😡My only other thought was to try the saw harpoon? But I really thought the giant harpoon and trident harpoon would work on big fish! Anyway my rant is over, and so is this game for me😡

I love this game! The only thing I would say is to add more content as I have already maxed out the final electric gun and my air tank. I am half way through the fourth island so now that I maxed those out, the only thing left to really shoot for is Catopia. I think adding more content for players that are later in the game will help keep them playing for longer. For example, I can catch the Marlin and Whale fairly easily but if there were bigger, higher level fish, that would make it more interesting. I also feel like there is a little bit of grinding between islands 3 and 4 but that may have just been because I decided to save up for the final gun rather than buy the boat first. Either way I love this game and please continue to update it!

I have been playing this game for a while and haven't gotten bored yet. This game is very fun to play, great art, great mechanics and a wide variety of fish to catch. Although this game is pretty fun, updates are very inconsistent and the prices of boats are very high. The very high boat prices make players have to grind for a very long time to get the next area. This could cause some people to just quit because they don't want to play for a very long time just to get the next area. However, this had been semi-fixed because of the daily rewards giving large amounts of parts and coins. Very fun, would recommend to anyone who hasn't played it yet, just try it out, it's fun.

I’ve never came across a game that is very generous. You can go fish indefinitely with no limit. Each fishing trip grants you 2 of each power ups as opposed to other games that require you to spend once you reach 0. Music is relaxing and the game provides great motivation to keep hunting down fish to power up your harpoons, increase oxygen supply, and unlock new areas!

Very well done and don’t change that generosity!

Update: ok I’ve noticed that since I upgraded to the “good air tank”, my oxygen levels have been depleting faster than when I had the “normal air tank”. Why is this? Shouldn’t it be slowing down more?

I love this addicting game, and I believe it can advance to something more unique than any fishing game to exist, specifically because it’s a challenge to advance, a constant exploration and desire to catch new swimming species, and a harpooning game, which is a whole new category. Basically, I think this game will quickly populate with players and the suspense and excitement this game has to offer will make it even more desirable to play, and the public will hunger for more future content.

I would have thought that games like these would require energy each time you play a round, but surprisingly it doesn’t and you can play as much as you want. Another good thing about it is that the game doesn’t force the players to go through ads, either by randomly playing after each round or make things unobtainable so that you would be forced to watch an ad. The ad only plays when the player wants to watch an ad and it’s great.

This game is so fun i really like how i can be a fox or a panda or dog there is one promblem i have you get more coins then screws or whatever there called please make screws easy to get like coins there is no other problem your game is not just a game to get cash well it is but not in a bad way and i mean like ads everywhere you finish a day BOOM ad *note this is not true* your game is going to be my first favorite making minecraft and rec room 2nd and 3nd anyway keep up the good work and don't stop beliving!

I saw this game in some dude’s video and fall in love I downloaded it and now I’m obsessed with it!
It’s not super easy but it’s not super hard (so far ik it gets harder) and it’s super cute!! I love the art so much!! I always loved fishing games since I was a little kid playing club penguin and it’s been hard to find a fun cute game that keeps you entertained and gives you a good bit of challenge so I’m really happy to find this awesome. Good job to the creators for this you guys are amazing thank you for the cool game!

I love this game so fun But I seem to have maxed out all my stuff and caught around 90% of the fish maxed harpoon almost maxed air tank. I can’t seem to find an ending🙁and i have all stages unlocked there’s nothing left so I think if you had more special fish kinda like cat goes fishing with more areas and specific ways to catch certain fish and I think an ending would be nice to hope you see this and I think if you did this the game would be even better🤩🥰

Not very far into this game ( just to the third stage) but it is by far one of the best games in the store. Rewarding enough to play more. Does not feel like a meaningless grind. Easy ways to get the other currency that goes beyond the classic formula of getting one or two every 30 minutes. Upgrades are actually worth something rather than being in increments of 0.5%. Could not recommend more if you have some time to kill. This game will cure the Corona virus and end syphilis. 69/10 would fish again.

This is a great game! The art for the background and characters and fish is well done, the controls are simple and casual, the gameplay is fun, it’s an overall fantastic game. I enjoy that you can’t just speed through it in a few hours, and that you in fact have to take some time. I love the varieties of characters and fishes, and having options for the harpoons is fun too. Overall I think the game is well put together with beautiful graphics and a fantastic gameplay. My only complaint is that I do not enjoy the aquarium update, and I just feel it gets in the way.

So I got this game a few years back, I played it for about a month straight just messing around trying to beat it! I ended up leaving the game for about a year and I came back, I’ve gotten to the final boss and it’s still so challenging even with all the upgrades! I’ve enjoyed this game so much and it brings me happy feelings and nostalgic vibes. Please add more to the game or make a Fishercat 2, I would absolutely stick along for the ride!

This game is great I had some much fun with this game the only thing is I wish the game would be updated more to add new content because I am nearly at the end of the game all I need is the rest of the cats there is also a problem with crashing but it only happened 3 times out of weeks of playing. Overall amazing game with great gameplay and perfect graphic just need updates to the game.

This game is awesome! It’s a time waster on your free time, and it also has cool sub-items and harpoons.. but this game has exploited my weakness… ADS!!! There are ad fish, ad seagulls and you can bargain with the merchant fifth you watch an ad! Too many ads! But, overall it is a good game. You probably have had a lot of complaints about ads in the past. I get it. You make a great game. Someone yells at you for ads. But this is a relaxing game with tons of ads. It takes away the relaxation, y’know?

So I’ve been playing a lot of this game an I’m still on the second stage but I think you should add more harpoons because there isn’t a lot for ppl who is already on the
last one to rlly do the other thing is that the boats are rlly hard to get because the price of its high an the parts to build it is just to much I think so ether way I still love this game! Pls fix those problems

This game is so well thought out, with awesome little details and all the things that make video games fun, and none of the things that make them frustrating. Even the ad experience - totally user-driven... As in, you decide when to watch them (in exchange for extending a level when you’re almost out of air, or in exchange for gold to buy things).

Please make more levels! I’m still playing, but dying for more! ❤️

This game is realy addicting but it has a few problems, like when im going to watch an add, it just shows the loading screen the whole time. Also get a loading screen that wont go away everytime I claim my daily reward. One more thing I noticed is that it says I dont have WI-FI when I try to put a fish in the fish tank thing. Also boats are way to expensive. Please fix all of this... Its a very awsome game though. :D

After reaching the Seaweed Region, I decided I’d finally make a review. The concept is simple but stays fun and challenging through the game, the artwork is a delight to look at, daily alterations like “Refreshing Day”, the chance of background shipwrecks spawning mechanical fish, and the feeling of getting better and more geared up the farther you progress join together to make an overall wonderful game to play.

I don’t even know why I got this game I was in some fishing mood But if your a dude who just downloads games and deletes them immediately after because there full of ads or are just not fun Then listen up because this game is just fun enough to keep you endlessly entertained and the best part is THERES NO ENERGY you can keep on harpooning fish without any limit

I’m only on the second harpoon but I’ve been doing really well this game is really easy to play and to have fun with there are no bugs it doesn’t lag my device is not that good doesn’t have much memory at all but it doesn’t matter with this game because it doesn’t lag or affect the rest of my games.

I literally just got TheFishercat yesterday and loved it. It's cute and fun and I even bought the ads free bundles even tho there was two of them. I made good progress but overnight when TheFishercat was closed, somehow my account got switched with someone else's? I checked TheFishercat and suddenly I had somehow unlocked everything? When I know for a fact that can't be, I just got TheFishercat yesterday. It says it logs me in via Game Center but it's not my account. The account it gives me has everything unlocked, maxed, and even changes around like someone else is playing it. I don't know what's wrong, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, even if it meant starting from the beginning but once I closed and reopened TheFishercat the same thing happened. I wanted to unlock everything myself and catch fish myself and make my own progress but now I can't even play by myself as someone else has the same account I guess. Please fix this!

Don’t get me wrong, I am almost addicted to this game but I have a few concerns to. To me this game is really fun with all the different colorful ness and addiction and honestly the cat is so CUTE! But even though all the good things and friendly things about the game, the is some cons to the game. Really though the only con is that you have to grind a lot to get coins and then eventually upgrade a harpoon just to find out it barely helped. Also when you want to buy more of the equipment like the nets and bait, the price goes up a good amount for every purchase. This can be annoying when in a map with a couple of new, expensive fish but you can’t catch them and then you can barely find them again. All in all I think that this game is SUPER fun and has a very addicting feel.

Honestly a great game and I do recommend it to anyone that just wants a game to play when you’re bored. But I got onto the game after a while of not playing it and all my progress was gone. In addition, when I uninstalled and reinstalled, I logged in with Game Center as usual, but the screen was flipped and it wouldn’t flip back, so the game was just upside down, so I had to rotate my phone instead.

In conclusion, I do recommend the game, but I just wish this didn’t happen as I did spent quite a while playing this game. I don’t know if it’s just me or other people have experienced this before.

I think this game is amazing, but I have a few gripes about it.

First, parts are WAY to hard to get for how many you need to do ANYTHING! Alternative would be to halve the parts cost for everything but increasing the amount of parts by two or three times would be better.

Second, if I have to spend 1200 parts to make my harpoon mk2, it should give me a pretty big upgrade on everything and decrease the oxygen cost instead of being another upgrade that’s stupidly expensive (referring to the trident harpoon). The only harpoon that gets a good upgrade when you make it mk2 is the catling gun but it’s upgrade is 4000 parts which is WAY to much because I have only found one fish (one of the really tanky big legendary ones) which gave me 500 parts.

Other than that, the game is amazing and I would recommend it but these problems need to be resolved because they really hinder gameplay.

The game lets you do an add but it’s completely optional I haven’t had a forced ad on me yet while games I’ve played before have made you constantly get ads for just going to fish and the upgrades aren’t too forced on you either to get the fish you want like if you want more expensive fish just sit and wait a little for them to come instead of firing your harpoon gun.

At first I thought this game would have tons of adds! But it only has them if ya need them aka barrging or out of breath so it’s very fun. Also I love ur creativity with the fish like the apple fish it’s so fun even if I’ve only had TheFishercat for a day Im still obsessed with it ( you should get it to!)now of course I will get bored after playing a hour or so but that doesn’t mean that it’s not fun I also love the story board with all the letters adding up

I have some suggestions too so yeah. Can you make it so in the danger zones that it’s less
glitchy it just keeps making my fish disappear from my inventory when I catch them.I know It’s VERY hard to read threw and fix problems like this so if u can’t do it than that’s ok :)
