I received a warning indicating a virus was threatening my personal information via my iPad. It appeared to be from Apple. It directed me to his app. Being concerned with a security breach, I signed up. After speaking with an Apple technician, I realized I had been suckered into signing up. There is a lack of information regarding canceling the trial subscription. I emailed the company and the response that was returned directed me to cancel the subscription from the app. There is only foreign language written and no other information. The only reason there is one star is because unless rating at least one star, I could not write this review. Attention App developer . . . Cancel whatever I unknowingly signed up for.

I received an urgent message indicating that my phone had experienced a breach. This app pops up for a quick fix. I download it and whoa, I need to sign up and the amount will be withdrawn directly from my Apple account. Wouldn’t this be considered a breach! Jerks! Cancel whatever I unintentionally signed up for! And Apple, same on you for allowing this! You criticize FB for same thing and here you are allowing it be done to your customers.

I downloaded the app and subscribed but then it tells me that it doesn’t work for my region. I tried to ask for a refund through Apple but it doesn’t work and says to contact the developer. There is not contact info for your company. I deleted the app immediately and I won’t be able to use your service so please give my money back.
