Much ado about nothing

At first I was so surprised, an appointment on December 24th 7 pm with a pediatrician, it was easy, she was home with her baby, so was I, it seemed too good to be true, and it was. 2 days later my daughters prescription is nowhere to be found I’ve called customer support three times and the last time I was waiting for three hours and nobody picked up. I was charged for this appointment and got Nothing, my daughter is still sick.
