I lost $20 on provider app it showed I took $203 w the fee. The receipt gave me $180 plus fee I had to pay 3x fees this mo to pull $ out. The Ebt sucked up $20 of my money. Please help assist to fix this error, it’s my cash I need to feed service animals.

Close and restart the EBT app on iPhone
Update EBT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EBT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EBT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EBT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent EBT app issues:

Force Stop the EBT App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click EBT app. » click "Force Stop".

Update EBT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EBT App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "EBT app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch EBT.

Fix EBT unable to contact server/ EBT internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click EBT » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got EBT » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EBT on android.
