Great chicken, terrible app
Although this app products are really great (fresh, healthy and clean), AlTazaj is terrible to use. The developers have failed to provide the basic user experience and the basic esthetics.
AlTazaj requires complete overhaul and rethinking of how it should be designed and used. Fire the developer and get a new one

The App Doesn’t support all locations
I can’t see the location in dammam even though it’s been over month since opening in dammam. AlTazaj needs updated.

Poor customer service
The application has no customer support. There is no details if need more help in my order and no commitment for the agreed delivery time as well 👎🏻

Technical Difficulties
I was excited they have an application but the experience using it was awful. Very slow, can’t order two of the same thing at the same time, and the payment method was horrible. Deleted immediately which was disappointing.
The friendly staff on the phone took my order, just seems like a waste to download AlTazaj.

AlTazaj doesn’t work and it’s useless....I can’t believe they can’t have an application that functions during these times. Don’t bother to download.

عندنا فرع قريب منا يمكن بالحي اللي جنبنا والتطبيق ماعنده توصيل بالمنطقة كاملة ☺️💔 مع اني ابي اطلب طول الوقت والمطعم مو موجود حتى بتطبيقات التوصيل الثانية! اتمنى انكم تحطون التوصيل بتطبيقكم لكل المناطق لانه حرام صراحة يروح عليكم عملاء بسبب ان التطبيق يوصل لمناطق معينة بس او حطوا المطعم بتطبيقات توصيل ثانية 🤝 .. btw المنطقة اللي انا فيها هي خميس مشيط

للأسف الطلب بالبرنامج فاشل جداً
طلبت من البرنامج ورحتلهم جهز الطلب ولما رحت انتظرت ربع ساعه عشان استلم الطلب… ليش حاطين طلب من التطبيق اذا اصلا ماتجهزون الطلبات لما تنطلب!!

تطبيق سيء وملخبط التسجيل ببريد الكتروني الدفع عن طريق ابل باي غير فعال أسعار التوصيل مبالغ فيها الطلب يتأخر بسبب عدم وجود سائقين يغطون يعني شعل أي كلام

لو ما سوو تطبيق اصرفلهم ، ايش ذا التطبيق ، ويندوز ٩٥ اسرع منه ، و تعليق ، و قوائم ما يمديك ترجع منها ، و كل مرة تفك التطبيق لازم تسجل دخول من اول 🤮🤮🤮
