User experience is bad. Needs to upgrade and focus on user experience. I can’t figure out how to scan the receipt or how to use it

Comparability is horrible and does not let me log in to my account. Had a horrible headache trying to navigate the platform. Please do better. This is so disappointing.

We have waited for long time exposing to have the ordering functionality to be part of StarbucksKSA. Unfortunately this was not the case. WHY Starbucks Saudi branch.

i tried to update my phone and redownload StarbucksKSA and still didn’t work at all what’s the problem?

The points or stars not credited every time ,
You cant see the previous transactions

Drive thru orders are not getting points. Today is my Third time trying and no were points granted

Worthless Rewards , I prefer to take my coffee fast rather than lose 1 seconds with StarbucksKSA for free coffee Vs 125 coffee I already pay.

It's a poor loyalty program, yoh have to spend SR 630 to get a free drink 😅

تطبيق فاشل لتجميع النقاط ولا يقدم أي خدمات أخرى عكس تطبيق ستار بكس في أمريكا اللي تقدر تطلب منه وفيه خدمات ثانية

ينقصه اضافة المنيو والعروض / ربط التطبيق برقم الجوال/ امكانية الطلب من التطبيق والدفع Apple Pay والاستلام من اقرب فرع او اختيار الفرع/امكانية اضافة بطاقة العضوية الى apple wallet

This Starbucks KSA is like the original but is a complete failure. Zero features except points for buying stuff and most of the time the QR code won’t scan. Utterly disappointing.

I thought I would get real benefits from the gold membership, it only makes your free drink comes faster but, u still have to spend a lot of money for it, no free shots, reduced costs, or anything special.

Don’t get hyped when u get the gold membership, it doesn’t worth it. It could take months before getting a single benefit from it, which is only an increase by one star from the normal membership.

Also, they give you a drink, not for free, but you can buy it before normal members by 3 days with the normal price they will sell it for.

Not worth it.

I used StarbucksKSA for month with no issues. Then it simply stopped working and wouldn’t let me log in. I receive a message stating “Something went wrong, please try again.” I even tried to set up a new account with a different email, same issue. I have sent multiple emails to the Customer Service email, only to receive automated messages stating that someone will contact me within 24 hours.

When you reach gold, you should have 1 full year and if you complete a new 750 stars again within that year your membership expiration date should be extended for another full year from previous level expiration date.

But actually what happened is you will get fresh year starts at the time you fulfill your recent 750 stars requirement and ignore your previous level expiration date.

I don’t except to be a customer for a company that have a political interest and see me and my people on the wrong 🙏🏻

This update crashes

App not opening after the last update.

بعد التحديث الأخير للتطبيق وتحديث الجوال إلى 17.4 التطبيق لا يعمل

التطبيق لا يفتح بعد التحديث الاخير علما ان جهازي على IOS 17.4

missing features I used to find other Starbucks apps in other countries, ordering in advance and editing the order and getting free add ons for the order when you’re at gold level. So nothing special about StarbucksKSA except the free drinks you get when you pay a lot of money.

After the last update two days ago my app keeps crashing and I can’t use it anymore!! Fix this !!

StarbucksKSA just keeps crashing since the last update. I restarted my iPhone, didn’t work. I deleted StarbucksKSA and downloaded it again, still didn’t work.

There was no way to submit a complain so had to do it here for the world to see.
