I keep getting emails from Next Level telling me that I have $10 waiting. I went through the rigmarole of signing up for the new app, went to check out, clicking the apply $10 rewards and it wouldn’t let me check out, saying I had already used the rewards. Nothing I could do. Rip off.

I love NLB but the app never seems to work for me. Every time I get to the order screen the app crashes. I always end up having to go through the mobile website instead. Please fix!

Always says items are out of stock at my location when they are not. So I cannot order what I want through the app. When I call to order, nothing is out of stock. This is in reference to the Concord, CA location.
