Hi my name is Kira Genao and I had placed an order on the site but never received a confirmation email. I would like a confirmation email but if I don’t receive one in the next business days I’d rather just cancel my order
App problems

You guys need to fix this app or something Because when you hit collections it doesn’t load anything I had to wait 5 minutes nothing still popped up it continued to just load
Bad app

It has glitches in this app. I was trying to make a purchase and it kept crashing and going to my Home Screen. I deleted the app and won’t be installing again!
Non-Functional

The app wouldn’t let me make a new account or reset my password. There’s no option to look through different types of clothes and the ‘Collections’ option in the sidebar never loaded for me to see anything. The app was way harder to use than the website and usually it’s the other way around.
