How to fix MangaX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MangaX app on iPhone
Update MangaX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MangaX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MangaX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MangaX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MangaX app issues:

Force Stop the MangaX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MangaX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MangaX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MangaX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MangaX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MangaX.

Fix MangaX unable to contact server/ MangaX internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MangaX » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MangaX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MangaX on android.
